These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of coineducation.io and the content and services offered by Coineducation LTD (“Coineducation”, “we”, “us”). By using this site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Coineducation LTD is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 11900335, with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. By using the site you confirm that you are 18 or over and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. What we provide

Coineducation offers free and (in future) paid educational content about cryptocurrency and the broader digital asset ecosystem. This includes video masterclasses, written guides, frameworks, and a glossary of terms.

Our content is general in nature. It is not tailored to your personal circumstances, objectives, or financial situation.

4. No financial or investment advice

Coineducation is not authorised or regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other financial regulator. We are not your broker, financial adviser, portfolio manager, or fiduciary.

Nothing on this site should be interpreted as:

• A recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset
• An offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument
• Personalised financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice
• A guarantee of any particular outcome

Before making any financial decision you should seek advice from a qualified, independent professional who is regulated in your jurisdiction.

5. Account and email sign-up

Some content requires you to provide your email address. You are responsible for keeping your details accurate and for any activity that takes place under your email or account. You may unsubscribe or request deletion at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or our content for any unlawful purpose
• Republish, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission
• Scrape, mirror, frame, or systematically extract content from the site, including for use in training machine learning models, without our written permission
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the operation of the site
• Upload or transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person

7. Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, video, graphics, logos, frameworks, and software) is owned by Coineducation LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and view the content for your own non-commercial, educational use.

8. Third-party links and services

The site may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services (for example exchanges, wallets, or research platforms). We do not control these third parties and we are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement.

Where we earn a referral fee from a third party we will say so clearly. A referral relationship does not change our editorial position.

9. No warranties

The site and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or suitability of the site or its content for any purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of the site or any decision you make based on our content.
• We are not liable for any trading or investment losses, tax liabilities, or other financial losses you incur. You make your own decisions and you bear your own outcomes.
• Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid us in that period, or (b) one hundred pounds sterling.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coineducation LTD, its directors, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date of the latest update at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if we need to do so for legal or operational reasons.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer resident outside England and Wales you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
